Trumbull County Tourism has launched its first Community Listening Survey to better understand how people who live and work here see Trumbull County today.
The survey takes about 10 minutes and asks what people value about the county, where they see opportunities, what they are proud of, and where they believe there is still work to do.
“How we feel about the communities where we live and work comes through in how we talk about them and how we welcome others,” said Beth Kotwis Carmichael, CEO of Trumbull County Tourism. “Whether it’s a visitor, a new resident, a business or someone considering a future here, their impression of Trumbull County starts in part with us. We want to hear from people of all ages and backgrounds who’ve chosen to Stay Here, Returned Here, Moved Here, or Work Here. ”
The survey grew in part from this year’s NextGen Collab conversations with younger residents and workers around Livability, Lovability, and Longevity.
Because this is the first survey of its kind, the results will provide a starting point to revisit over time. Findings will be shared and used to help inform future work by Trumbull County Tourism and other community partners.
The survey will remain open for four weeks, and participants are encouraged to share it with others who live or work in Trumbull County.
